MapleStory Guide Stage 3 Twisted Switcher

Stage 3 is yet another logic puzzle. (What happened to the PQ’s that were simply killing easy monsters and opening boxes anyways?) Stage 3 however is on the ground and consists of 9 platforms: 4 on the top row, 5 on the bottom row. To clear the stage you have to have 5 of your members standing on the correct platforms. The platforms in game are labeled strangely, but to avoid confusion I’ll simply number them as 1-9 starting on the top and going from left to right.

Have your party start on platforms 1~5.

The key to solving Stage 3′s puzzle is, again, talking to Amos. He won’t give you a verbal clue, but when the combo is incorrect monsters are summoned. Pay close attention to the Slimes: The amount of slimes that arise is the amount of actual platforms your affair associates are continuing on!

You have to employ a “Solve the Unknowns with the Knowns” strategy. For example, let’s imagine you have members standing on platforms 1-5 as shown below:

Lets brainstorm this aggregate spawns 3 slimes (3 actual platforms). Now, accept the affiliate on 5 move

MapleStory Game Guide Stage 4 Principle Formula

Now 4 slimes have spawned. Logically, you should know that since more Slimes have spawned than last time, platform 5 was incorrect. Keep following this formula: When 4 slimes spawn, the platform the Member on the bottom is standing on is correct, and when 3 slimes spawns it means that platform was incorrect. This is only one variable equation; there are abounding but they all administer the aforementioned principle, and that blueprint consistently works as continued as the one affiliate on the basal is affective across:
Principle Formula:

If more slimes spawn than the last combo: The platform he/she is on is Correct.

You can mark the Correct platforms with Mesos if you a visual aid to keep track. After you have marked all the correct platforms on the bottom, have your members from the right-side move down to occupy the lower platforms and talk to Amos once again. You may or may not Clear yet, since the platforms those associates larboard on the top may accept been correct, so accept the associates who abide on the top move to the right; again, application the aforementioned principle. Keep it up until the date Clears.
If you’re Leading:

Talk to Amos and direct your party members using the method described above. Be sure not to kill the Slimes too fast or miscount, and only move one person at a time.

If you’re a Member:

Everyone should occupy platforms 1-5 when the stage starts. The member who’s on the bottom should be moving to the right after every combo is checked. The members on the top row should not move until directed to do so. Remember not to annihilate any monsters until you’ve counted all the slimes.

MapleStory Game Guide Stage 5 Fluttering Hearts

The moment you clear Stage 4, you’ll be dropped right into Stage 5 and given the instructions “Run to the Right! Save yourself! Run run run!”. The moment you drop an assortment of monsters begin chasing you. Most all of them cause borderline harm and truly assist you avoid the volcanic rock shooting out of the bottom and keep you going quicker, however at the terribly back there is Rombards that intercommunicate ten,000+ harm. They inch therefore unless you opt to picnic within the middle of the map there is not an excessive amount of to stress regarding.

If you’re Leading:

Your jobs the same as your members; keep running and keep your HP up, and open the occasional gateway by hitting them with a weapon (skills don’t work). It’s a bit of a job but eventually you’ll climb the last hill. Once all your members are at the top click Amos once or twice to Clear the map and instruct your Party to do so as well. Next up: Geist Balrog.

If you’re a Member:

The only thing you need to do is keep running right, heal when you need too, and open the occasional gateway by attacking them (skills don’t work). Once you climb the ultimate hill sit up for your leader to Clear the stage and so discuss with Amos to be taken to the world before the Boss.

MapleStory Game Situations between fighting other classes

Paladins: Really high defense. I suggest using Phantom Imprint and Killer Wings on them to give you 10% bonus damage and some DoT. Try telecasting Illusion on the paladin’s side so they can’t hit you as often. With their new monster magnet..they can annoy us with their stun too, just like Dark knights. With the new pvp update, any high funded damagers that hits classes with some kind of damage reflect skill will return massive damage to you. Paladins are able to reflect 24% accident aback to you. I didn’t get a acceptance from my warrior accompany yet but searching at the extractions, it say Magic Crash has a 5 additional cooldown and works at a 60% chance. This can be absolutely annoying, but don’t anguish just yet afore I can affirm it..

Heroes: Their power guard and shout is extremely annoying, as it reflects an amount of damage back to you. Overall, their defense are not as good as Paladins so just spam Illusion and your other main cooldown attacks on them. With the new pvp update, any high funded damagers that hits classes with some kind of damage reflect skill will return massive damage to you.Heroes are able to reflect 100% accident aback to you. I didn’t get a acceptance from my warrior accompany yet but searching at the extractions, it say Magic Crash has a 5 additional cooldown and works at a 60% chance. This can be absolutely annoying, but don’t anguish just yet afore I can affirm it..

Dark Knights: Their new stun rate from Dragon roar is annoying now as well as their Dark Impale doing high damage to you every hit. Like paladins, use imprint and spam your main attacks on them. With the new pvp update, any high funded damagers that hits classes with some kind of damage reflect skill will return massive damage to you. Dark Knights are able to reflect 100% damage back to you. I didn’t get a confirmation from my warrior friends yet but looking at the extractions, it say Magic Crash has a 5 second cooldown and works at a 60% chance. This can be quite annoying, but don’t worry just yet before I can confirm it..

Arans: Be careful of their Combo Tempest. It can hit almost the whole map and dealing a huge amount of damage to you and slowing you down for a few seconds. In 1V1 combat, you shouldn’t accept a boxy time hitting them if you just advertisement about them so they can’t use their combos efficiently. They accept the everyman aegis out of all warriors too.

Demon Slayers: You can call yourself lucky for being a mage and not having to deal with their Demon cry skill that decreases your accuracy, but it still lowers your attack and defense nonetheless. Their Vengeance is also irritating, reflecting damage back at you. They seem somewhat squishy though compared to other warriors. With the new pvp update, any high funded damagers that hits classes with some kind of damage reflect skill will return massive damage to you. Demon Slayers are able to reflect 100% damage back to you.

Mihile: A pretty new and tough class in PvP. Radian buster has an amazing horizontal range that is almost as long as Flame wheel and spammable. I didn’t get a confirmation from my warrior friends yet but looking at the extractions, it say Magic Crash has a 5 second cooldown and works at a 60% chance. This can be quite annoying, but don’t worry just yet before I can confirm it..

MapleStory Guide about Thieves introductions and some basics

Phantoms: That Mille Aguilies skill…so so annoying knocking you back at tremendous speed. They can also steal defensive skills such as Heal and Smokescreen to survive longer. Be very careful of them. I’ll add more info on this later. If you mark a phantom that uses dark sight with killer wings before they go in dark sight, the wing effect will be on top of their head and for some reason..you can cast any skills at them as long as they’re branded with the wing symbol while they’re in dark sight c:

Some Phantoms might have also stolen a damage reflection skill, so be careful as well as dispel. Combo Attack can also heavily increase their damage in PvP so try not to let them hit you so much or their admixture orbs will charge. Magic Crash is aswell a pain, cancelling all your buffs for a few abnormal so you will accept to adapt your buffs again.

Night Lords: They’re not very popular in PvP. Semi high damage attacks such as triple throw. Their Dark flare skill seems to have the highest amount of damage reflected. They’re pretty mobile around PvP with their speed and flash jump. Dark sight is also irritating at times when you’re about to kill them. Just spam skills at them quickly since they’re also pretty squishy. If you mark a thief with killer wings before they go in dark sight, the wing effect will be on top of their head and for some reason..you can cast any skills at them as long as they’re branded with the wing symbol while they’re in dark sight c: With the new pvp update, any high funded damagers that hits clas soon ases with some kind of damage reflect skill will return mas soon asive damage to you. Night lords are able to reflect a whopping 240% damage back to you.

Shadowers: Similar to Night Lords, they also have high speed and a Dark Flare skill too. Boomerang Step deals high amount of damage, has a nice horizontal range and can stun you at a small chance. Their smokescreen is really annoying when you’re about to kill them. Killer wings them immediately to deal some DoT while they’re in smoke and just go fight other mobs while waiting for it to go away. They’re also pretty squishy like night lords, so killing them shouldn’t be that abundant of a botheration either. If you mark a bandit with analgesic wings afore they go in aphotic sight, the addition aftereffect will be on top of their arch and for some reason..you can casting any abilities at them as continued as they’re branded with the addition attribute while they’re in aphotic afterimage c: With the new pvp update, any top adjourned damagers that hits clas anon ases with some affectionate of accident reflect accomplishment will acknowledgment mas anon asive accident to you. Shadowers are able to reflect a whopping 240% accident aback to you.

Dual Bladers: High speed, avoidablity and dark sight just like any other thief clas soon as. They have lots of rushing and pulling abilities that deals high damage to you. If you see them in dark sight, they would usually chains of hell right after that, so just Dragon Blink away when they’re about to chain you. Final Cut is also easy to dodge by just teleporting behind them when you see them start charging it. Another doughy clas anon as that shouldn’t yield continued to annihilate if you just spam illusion. If you mark a bandit with analgesic wings afore they go in aphotic sight, the addition aftereffect will be on top of their arch and for some reason..you can casting any abilities at them as continued as they’re branded with the addition attribute while they’re in aphotic afterimage c:

MapleStory Guide about PvP Maps in the game

These maps seems to been removed and replaced with the snowy pvp map only. I’ll keep these maps on the guide for EMS players to use

Strange Knight?s Chamber

A great map for Evans since our Dark Fog can hit all 3 platforms. Flame Wheel is also useful here with its huge horizontal range on the flat platforms. Earthquake and Fire Breath are especially great from the lowest platform when you’re trying to hit the platform on top of you. Charge Fire Breath, jump, then release it on other enemies. Earthquake can reach the top platform without the need to jump. There are trampolines here where you can charge Fire Breath and release it as you jump. Overall, this is the best map for Evans.

Free Market

This map is about the aforementioned as the Strange Knight’s Chamber. Just use the aforementioned approach as you do as above. There are trampolines actuality area you can allegation Fire Breath and absolution it as you jump.

Pink Bean’s Party

Another decent map. Flame Wheel is really useful here because of the huge flat platform at the bottom. Dark Fog is useful on the two sides of the map.

Nihal Dessert

It’s an accept map for Evans. Flame Wheel can still be advantageous for the top and basal platforms. There are trampolines actuality area you can allegation Fire Breath and absolution it as you jump.

Gold Richie Map

Once again, another great map for Evans. Dark Fog, believe it or not, can reach from the bottom to top. Flame Wheel is also a great sniping skill on this map: You can hit a mob of enemies from the other side. There are trampolines here where you can charge Fire Breath and release it as you jump.
