Knight Age Details Updated Pupa System

Joymax has revealed their December update for Knight Age will be largely focused on the Pupa system. Well known for its mounted combat, a knight’s trusty Pupa companion is always by the player’s side. These loyal pets are more than what meets the eye; from collecting to combining, Pupae are an exciting part of the Knight Age experience. With this month’s update coming close, Knight Age prepares players through easy-to-follow guides on everything there is to know about these wonderful companions.

These companion creatures have been collected and trained by Knights since time immemorial. Their eggs are collected in the field, or as a rare drop from boss monsters (who may even drop a Pupa that looks just like them)! Pupae (plural for Pupa) fight and gain experience at the side of their Knight master. Many may look adorable, but their power and skill is not to be underestimated. Only one Pupa can be active at any given time, Knights have been known to collect numerous Pupa, training them to use in a variety of roles and special events. Each Pupa is associated with one of the four elements of the world: Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth, and which family they belong to will dictate their appearance and ability. A Pupa’s diet is filled with items, such as equipment, that knights no longer need. In exchange for this delicious food, Pupa will return to their owners a Panta – these rare gems are then used to enhance other equipment, such as armor and weapons.

Pupae can’t be bred, but instead new Pupa are created by merging two fully grown pets together. These mergers can create rare and powerful combinations, changing the Pupa’s elemental type and family. Merged Pupa have surprised their owners by changing to colors not found in nature, including green, blue, purple, silver, and even gold!Pupae can even be based on non-original characters. For example, the globally known chubby white bunny, Mashimaro, is coming to Knight Age for this month’s update! With Knight Age’s recent massive update, including the pink hippo and triceratops mounts, there’s something for everyone from group PVE content to intense weekly PVP action. Knight Age bustles with activity and there’s no slowing this game down.

Roundtable: Has The Industry Grown Up?

Was this the year that gaming grew up? GameIndustry ask their international staffs this question. Four persons bring us to the hard look at the industry’s growing pains. What’s your opinion?omething seems to have changed in the last year or so. We’re not sure when it started, but nearly all of us could point to a spot where we noticed it happening. You might have seen it on Twitter, arguments cast in 140 characters or less. It may have been the sudden, vicious turn of a comment thread or the undertone of dissatisfaction in a headline. You might even have felt like this all along. Things are being challenged, conventions called to account.

Gender imbalance, the lack of inclusivity, the corruption of journalists, issues of maturity, sex and violence, copycatting, the exploitation of the customer – all these issues have been pushed to the fore over the last twelve months. Turned over and inside out, vaunted or ridiculed – there seems to have been barely time to draw breath this year between long, hard looks in the mirror.
For some it’s been a welcome change, the relief of realising that there are other people who feel just as angry, marginalised or outright excluded. For others it’s been an unwelcome distraction, unnecessary navel gazing which only leads to a pointless stirring of the pot and no real progress – frenzies whipped up by the press for cheap hits and self-glorification.

Whatever you feel about them, many have been almost impossible to ignore. Whether it’s the storm of abuse endured by Anita Sarkeesian, the crisis of confidence ignited by Rab Florence or marketing tactics which are somewhere on a scale between condemnable and very clever, this has been a year in which our industry has been pulled from many ruts, asked to reassess and re-examine.

How much has actually changed is debatable, but what is clear is that it’s unlikely we’re going to see these issues swept back under the carpet. Like it or not, these debates aren’t going away. We’ve hosted and participated in all of these discussions, and more, but we rarely get to comment on them directly. So, read on as we ask our international staff – was this the year that gaming grew up?

Summoner Survey Says: Honor Points System

If you play League of Legends then it goes without saying that you have come across at least one individual that deserves to be banned from the game. There is a report function for a reason, but does that mean you should always use it?Start off by visiting the poll I made on the League of Legends forums to cast your vote!I’ll make it very clear; I do NOT ever use the report feature. Not that I never have a reason to, but mainly I have decided that it’s not worth my time to even bother. Instead I use the ignore feature. But why? It doesn’t even work. I know this because I use it excessively and have come across situations where I’ve ignored a player on my team one game and then queued up for another. To no surprise, the same person ends up on my team again. They start talking in game and I can hear them. Even though when I press tab, it is clearly marked that this person has been ignored.

So even the ignore feature is broken, but this isn’t about the peace of mind you should get by ignoring people. This is about the reporting feature being just as big of a broken crutch that serves no real function but to waste my time. You could claim that the report function works because of the Tribunal, but you would just be buying into Riot’s propaganda that attempts to make the players feel empowered. The truth is that Riot’s system fails because of the player, that does both the reporting and the judging. I understand that it requires a final review by Riot before any action is taken, but you must also take into consideration that these reports are mostly submitted by players who abuse the report feature. Let me explain why.

Take a typical normal game where there isn’t any leavers or AFKers. Your team may not be doing the best ever, but you are holding on. Suddenly one or two of your teammates get into an argument over having made a bad choice. Things start to degrade from there and the next thing you know they are arguing in all chat about how everybody should report the other. This kind of behavior only perpetuates the problems your team must overcome to win the match. It only serves as an unnecessary distraction from recovering from mistakes and making a comeback. I can’t recall how many matches I could have won if my team had just manned up and moved on to try harder. It’s more than possible to pull off a win by making a comeback. I know this because of the teams I have had that didn’t fall apart at the first sign of trouble and turned the match around through hard work in conjunction with determination. So as you can see, I feel a majority of reporting that goes on is unnecessary and only serves as spam that floods the system. This leads to real cases of reports on serious issues being lost in the pointless bickering.

Let’s take another example of reporting where a player leaves the game or goes AFK. Not when a player states they are giving up, but when it happens without warning. I feel that players who use reporting in these situations have absolutely no understanding or patience. In the end it is just a game and with that said I can understand if a player has to leave the computer for something important. It’s also possible that a disconnected player is having technical difficulties which prevent them from entering the game. Such situations range from client crashes to internet or electricity outages. There is simply no way to tell if sometimes if a player is truly having issues or if they just started them game knowing they couldn’t finish it or had to go AFK constantly throughout. I have personally had technical difficulties with my client constantly crashing and when I finally got it fixed and re-entered the game I was instantly bombarded by my team crying that I deserved to be reported and banned. Even after I explained my situation as soon as I entered the match.

In conclusion I feel that there are very few and specific circumstances where reporting a player is merited. I also feel that players should be more understanding when evaluating their use of the reporting feature. It also scares me that these same players who find any and every reason to report someone are also participating in the Tribunal. The only thing that brings me comfort is the fact that despite how many players have claimed to report me, especially for selfish reasons, I have not been banned or even been given a warning. Maybe then after all the system does work in some weird way? What do you think?

How cuold I make a Ice lighting Mage

Question:
i am making a ice lighting mage and i wanna know how does this skill build sound plz keep in mind i did not look at a skill build guide

30 +1 teleport

maplestory-ice-fire-mage-1
maplestory-ice-fire-mage-1
31 – 40 + 30 cold beam
41 – 55 30+ thunder + 15 mpeater (2 on thunder 1 on mp eater every lvl)
56 + 3 mpeater
57 + 2mpeater + 1 meditate
58 – 63 + 18 meditate
64 + 1 meditate + 2 teleport
65 – 70 + 17 teleport and my last point will go to slow or a random 1st class skill
Answer  1:
You should max Thunderbolt first. It will provide faster training.
I personally did Thunderbolt > Cold Beam > Meditation > Teleport > 18 Slow. You could probably change Slow to MP Eater if you prefer that, but keep in mind that Slow is a generally useful bossing skill and it should have some sort of SP investment at the very least by the end of 3rd job.

Complete Archer/Bowmaster Guide

I. Why choose archers?
I personally favor archers in many many games; but that’s just me, Archers is an awesome class in MS and there are many reasons why it is, but as any other classes we have also have our shortcomings too.
Pros:
– Highest amount of ACC, you’ll never have to worry about missing anything in the game
– Decently high amount of AVOID as well
– Known for longest range of attack in pixel wise
– The most stable damage in the game (due to bow mastery + bow expert, 90% total mastery!)
– And of course our favorable SE (sharp eyes), (55% total critical rate)

Cons:
– Not the fastest levelers in the early levels
– HP is undesirable and low unless blood washed/hp washed
– Before 3rd job KB will be annoying sometimes when monster is close
– Bow =/= cheap

Join or start a guild

Join or start a guild. To start a guild you will need a lot of money, and you’ll have to go to Orbis. If you create a guild, you become the guild master or leader. Then you may invite others, etc. You can also pick a logo of sorts, and distribute different titles to members. Membership in a guild helps you make friends, who you can then easily find and contact. Friends can help you with questions you may have or can go on quests with you. Plus, hey, it’s good to have friends. Try doing some quests, as they sometimes give you good, rare items. Even though quests often give you little experience, they are a good break from training all day long. If you’re becoming a Magician, you can do it at level 8. Go to Ellinia and travel to the very top to talk to Grendel the Really Old. He will turn you into a Magician. If you’re becoming a Thief, you can do it at level 10. Go to Kerning City and find a door with “Fusion Jazz Bar” above it. Go inside there and go down the drain in the toilet on the left. You’ll find the Dark Lord there. He will turn you into a Rogue. If you’re becoming a Warrior, you can do it at level 10. Go to Perion and go to the Shrine of Warriors which is located at the very top. Talk to “Dances with Balrog” . If you’re becoming a Bowman, you can do it at level 10. Go to Henesys and go to Mushroom Park. Then travel to the very right until you come to a house next to Game Park. Go inside and talk to Athena Pierce. She will make you a Bowman. Join a Party Quest when you get to level 10 or level 21. Go to Kerning City or Henesys in Mushroom Park and ask to join a party. If it is your first time, tell them so they can brief you and give you tips. Party questing is a great way to gain experience fast and is also very fun. You can’t Party Quest anymore after level 30 in Kerning City, in Henesys it is any level over level 10. Make your second job advancement at level 30. Each class is different in the advancement, so do some research to find out how to go about it. Find another place to train after reaching level 31. You’ll benefit from a good place to train until you reach levels 36 – 38, in the newest patch, Vers. 0.46, there is a new haunted house in the new town NLC, this is available to anyone after Halloween. Buy a ticket to Orbis from Ellinia at level 38. When you reach Orbis, They give you a good amount of experience and drop Solid Horns, which are used in the “Exchange Quest,” in which you can get 500 experience and some items for every 100 Solid Horns you acquire. Consider doing the Ludibrium Party Quest at level 35. Level 35 is very low for that Party Quest, but if you feel up to it, why not? Don’t tell the others it is your first time or you won’t get in. Simply read a guide, and complete the quest up to the 8th stage. If you feel comfortable fighting the boss and you have Magic Guard upwards of 700hp, tell your cleric. You can do the Ludibrium Party Quest until level 50. Orbis PQ is another option, and you can do it from level 51-70.If you don’t know how, tell your PQ members to brief you. Make your third job advancement after you reach level 70. Once again, each class is different, so do some research in advance. Two Curse Eye monsters. Maplestory has more than one hundred different monsters.

Now for the fun bits.

Now for the fun bits. Open up your skillbook (hotkey standard ?, and tab to you beginner skills. Alongside your nimble feet, monster rider, etc, etc, there is your maker skill! Double click on it to open your maker window. (Note: I advise against hot keying the maker skill, as you must click the ?to close it, and it can lead to some perilous situations when fumbling for pots)First, select the type of item you want from the first drop down menu. Next, select the specific item from the second drop down menu. Your screen will now show the required ingredients, along with how many you currently possess.Every equip item requires at least Monster Crystals, and magic powders. How to make 10-20mil in 30mins

This is a scam i did and i earned 10-20mil in 30mins easily.
Im not sure which sections to post the post
This scam is simple and not complicated like some scams.
YOU ONLY NEED ABOUT 1Mil + to do this scam.
1. Use crazymulti ( allows u to play 2maples on 1 pc) or get 2 computers or a friend.
2. Purchase a scroll (glove for att 60% or claw for att 60% or wand for magic atk 30% etc. BUT NO DEF SCROLLS AND CRAPPY SCROLLS LIEK THAT)
3. Say you bought a Glove atk scroll 60% for 8mil, go to free market entrance and on 1 pc/person say S> Glove for ATT 15MIL.
4. Make the other pc/person say BUYING GLOVE SCROLL 60% 25MIL. (Be sure to say it different so that they know that its someone else).
5. Once someone sees that someone is buying that scroll for a high price and they dont have that scroll but want to make a profit they see u selling it for a pretty high price but its the quickest way to get that scroll b4 someone else sells it to your friend/pc so they buy it off u for high price.
6. RUN after they buy the scroll off u.
REMBER: if someone else tries to sell you that scroll your buying to ur friend/pc trade them and when they put that scroll in just exit trade and continue with the scamming and ignore them if they spam next to u that ur scamming. REemeber that 1 person stays on one side of the fm and the other person stays on the other side. after a successfull scam remeber to do it again after liek 10mins so no on notices u.

Way of gaining experience

The best way of gaining experience at the start of Maple Island is by fighting the Shrooms and the Orange Mushrooms, while In Victoria Island, the Slimes and the Stumps. In improving your accuracy in hitting your enemies, you should raise your DEX if you are a warrior, bowman or a thief. Increase your INT and LUK if you are a magician. When you are low on Hit Points, find a safe place where you can “rest” and restore your health back by being stationary for a few seconds. In this way, you can avoid losing 10% of your experience points should you “die” due to loss of HP. But you are exempted from this if you are still a beginner. Each time you move up a level, you will receive 5 Ability Points. You can use these to increase your HP, MP, STR, DEX, INT or LUK. It is suggested, however, that you use your Ability Points only for your STR, DEX, INT or LUK since your HP and MP increases automatically as you level up.Monsters may drop a common item like a snail shell or it may also drop a rare item like an axe. Some even drop two different kinds of ores – a jewel and a mineral ore. (IMAGE: MISCELLANEOUS>”ORES”)Pick up and store a lot of ores which you may find in the game. These are extremely rare and are needed in upgrading your armor and weapons. You can check if you are successful in picking up an item or killing an enemy for experience points by looking at the confirmation status found at the bottom right of the screen. To acquire armor and weapons, there is a requirement of every 5 consecutive levels. You should not be afraid to undertake quests. They were designed to make the game more fun and exciting. It is through these quests that you can also gain experiences, equipment, items and mesos. Some of the quests are easy for beginners, while others require a significant amount of levels and playing time that come along for the task. Most quests have a requirement of every 5 consecutive levels, which is based in their degree of difficulty.Power and speed are vital in fighting monsters. Try and see if you can determine the effectiveness of using a particular weapon compared to the others by their intrinsic characteristics. An axe has an Attack Power of 27 but is a “slow” weapon, while a Saber may have a much lesser Attack Power of 20 but is 2 and ? times faster. The damage inflicted and hits caused will roughly work out the same over time. The bowmen, magicians and thieves are capable of long range attacks, but need to keep up with their arrows, throwing stars, and MP’s, respectively. Warriors, on the other hand, rely mostly on close range attacks. But since they have large HP and attacking levels, they have the capability to fight stronger monsters.Should you feel that the place you are in is too crowded, you can always switch to a different channel and still remain in the same place.
